You have just acquired a property and wish to carry out work before living or renting it. You wish to subcontract the “site monitoring” part. This work consists of redoing the plasters and paints on the walls, reviewing the electricity, installing a kitchen, installing a bathroom, installing built-in cupboards. I will provide you with quotes from contractors with whom I usually work.

During the construction site I keep you informed of the progress on a daily basis with supporting photos.

For the choice of materials such as tiles, paints, bathroom furniture and accessories, lighting, choice of kitchen, I will offer you choices best suited to your property and according to what you want to do with it.
